Club Uno is a rewards programme (“Programme”) operated by Oberoi Mall (“Mall”) and is in force from April 15, 2013. Membership and participation in this Programme is optional. Members will earn reward points when making qualifying purchases at participating stores and outlets at the Mall. These terms and conditions relate to the membership, earning and redeeming of points under the Programme and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Mall management.

When You Make A Purchase At Any Of The Participating Brands At Oberoi Mall, You Are Eligible To Become A Member. Fill In Your Details On Your App Or Kiosk And Submit The Form To Register.
The Club UNO Rewards Program membership is valid for a lifetime.
The mandatory details that are required for enrolment into the program are your full name, mobile number, and email address.
You can place a request to update your mobile number by putting a request on the Contact Us page along with an attachment of your valid Govt ID proof. You can send the request to info@oberoimall.com along with an attachment of your Valid Govt ID proof
For updating update your phone number, email address please write a mail to info@oberoimall.com
Submit your shopping bills of Oberoi Mall stores on the Club UNO PWA (web app) or kiosk and earn points.
For new enrolments you need to spend Rs.100 or above cumulatively across the stores, to start earning points.
The benefits include: Points on every purchase at any participating Oberoi Mall store. Redemption of gift vouchers across all available brands as per your choice.
For every Rs 100 spent, the member earns 1 point. Hence, you get 1% of your transactional value as Club UNO points. However, if payment is made through gift vouchers and/or credit note, the same will not be considered as eligible payments for earning the points.
The points get updated immediately after completing your transaction on the Club UNO PWA or Kiosk. However, some invoices may not be legible clearly and the mandatory details may not be captured properly. These will be cleared by back-end tam and may take upto 4 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to be updated in your account.
Club UNO points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of being credited to your account. In fact, as a special gift from our side, the validity of points for all our existing members on the date of launch of this new programme has been extended to 31-July-2021.
As a member, you can start redeeming your points immediately upon earning them against the available vouchers across different brands at that point in time. An OTP validation is required for collecting the vouchers as per your redemption order.
Just ensure your mobile number and email id is updated with us and we will ensure you receive all the relevant updates, special offers and promotions on your What’s App, SMS and/or email account.
