1. Infiniti World Reward Program is a benefit scheme co-ordinated by Infiniti Mall under which Members accumulate points in respect of qualifying purchases made at stores* at Infiniti Malls and these points can be redeemed, as per the applicable schemes, for vouchers which are contributed by the participant brands of Infiniti Malls.
2. By registering yourself on IW-RP Progressive Web App or by filling up the Infiniti World Reward Program (IW-RP) enrolment (registration) at the IW-RP Desk – he/she agrees to the terms and conditions of the IW-RP.
3. To enroll for the Program in the IW-RP, the shopper of Infiniti Malls may contact Customer Desk of Infiniti Mall, and may sign up in the IW- RP by login on IW-RP Progressive Web App. The membership number of the IW-RP is his/her contact number.
4. In this Program, the Infiniti world Reward Program Member will earn 1 point against 100 INR shopping/purchasing at Infiniti Mall Andheri & Infiniti Mall Malad only.The Member (User) earning is based on shopping/purchasing from stores at the Infiniti Mall Andheri & Malad or shall visit to the IW-RP Desk present their Registered Mobile Number (which is Membership Number) to the authorized representative of Infiniti Mall or can upload directly their Shopping/Purchasing Invoices on the IWRP Progressive Web App.
The earned reward points cannot, under any circumstances, be ceded, bequeathed or transferred. The earned reward points have no monetary value and under no circumstances can they be converted into cash. Infiniti Mall reserves the right to deduct any points from the IW-RP account without notifying the Member in the event of:

The Member may redeem the reward points against the vouchers of the stores, redeemable at stores in Infiniti Mall, equivalent to the reward points and / or as intimated from time to time by Infiniti Mall under IW-RP. The minimum limit of redeemable points is 500 .On redemption, the redeemed points would automatically be subtracted from the total reward points in the IW-RP account. The reward points once redeemed cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed. If the Member does not have a sufficient number of points for redemption, the request for redemption will be cancelled.
6. Upon the redemption of the reward points into vouchers, the terms and conditions of the respective voucher shall be applicable and in the event of loss, misplace, expiry and / or damage of the voucher, the new and/or duplicate voucher will not be issued by Infiniti Mall.
7. In this Program, the Membership may be cancelled at Infiniti Mall’s discretion if no reward points are accrued during a 12 months period from last addition or any such period as may be solely decided by Infiniti Mall and all reward points shall be forfeited or lapsed at that time without any Notice. Further, Infiniti Mall may at any time refuse or revoke any Member’s Membership of the IW-RP, in which case the Member’s reward points will be forfeited and any unused points may be cancelled.
8. Bills need to be registered with-in 7days for earning points.
9. Members shall notify Infiniti Mall of any change of mobile number, email id or address or other personal details etc.
10. By participating in this Program, a Member consents to Infiniti Mall to retain any information provided by the Member, including details of purchases made and the use by Infiniti Mall of any information for research and any other purposes.
11. Infiniti Mall reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or terminate the IW-RP Program and/ or merged with any other such nature of Program at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any prior notice. The Member’s right to avail the facilities under this IW-RP will cease on the date the IW-RP is discontinued / terminated/ merged with other Program.
12. Infiniti Mall reserve the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the offers in whole and/ or part at any time, at its sole discretion, Gift Vouchers Dispersal is at the sole discretion of the management and valid up to stocks last.
13. Infiniti Mall reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change these terms and condition or any rules, schemes related to the IW-RP at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
14. Computation of the points by Infiniti Mall shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Member and will not be liable to be disputed or questioned.
15. Members shall be personally liable for any and all costs, taxes, charges claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from this Membership.
16. All dispute, if any, arising out of or in connection, with or as a result of this IW-RP Program, shall be amicably resolved by both parties and decision of the management of Infiniti Mall shall be final and binding. The IW-RP Program is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts/ tribunals at Mumbai alone.
17. Maximum 2 Gift Vouchers per brand per day can be availed by the member user.
